HOMBURG CANADA REIT TO ANNOUNCE THIRD QUARTER EARNINGS ON NOVEMBER 5, 2010

MONTREAL, Oct. 29 /CNW Telbec/ - Homburg Canada Real Estate Investment Trust (TSX: HCR.UN) (the "REIT") announced today that on Friday, November 5, 2010 at 7:00 a.m. ET, it will issue its results for the period commencing July 1, 2010 and ending September 30, 2010.

A conference call for financial analysts and unitholders will be held on Friday, November 5, 2010 at 10:00 AM ET. The call will be hosted by Jim Beckerleg, President and Chief Executive Officer and Gordon Lawlor, Executive Vice-President, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary. Mr. Beckerleg and Mr. Lawlor will provide commentary on the third quarter results. Ashley Phillips, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, and Guy Charron, Executive Vice-President and Head, Quebec Operations, will also be in attendance to answer questions from financial analysts.
