TORONTO, May 13, 2016 /CNW/ - Home Capital Group Inc. (TSX: HCG) announced today the voting results from its Annual Meeting of Shareholders held Wednesday, May 11, 2016 in Toronto, Ontario.

The total number of shares represented by shareholders present in person and by proxy was 46,097,592 representing 65.89% of Home Capital's issued and outstanding Common Shares. Shareholders voted in favour of all items of business, including election of each of the director nominees as follows:
