A single Merchandise organization responsible for all product sourcing led by one Vice-President and an integrated Marketing and Sales organization led by a Vice-President, Marketing and Sales.
Home Hardware Stores Limited has announced to its Board of Directors and Dealer-Owners that Rick McNabb has accepted the position of, Vice-President, Marketing and Sales, effective March 7, 2016. Formerly a co-CEO of a multi-banner retailer, Rick has also been a successful entrepreneur, a senior agency executive and his family has been in the home improvement business for 38 years, most recently with their Home Building Centre in Parry Sound. Rick has a proven track record with entrepreneurial-driven organizations like Home Hardware. Rick will help Home Dealers strengthen their brand position as Canada's largest independent home improvement retailer while helping to grow market share.
