Homewood Health Inc. Acquires Organizational Health Inc. and Organizational Health (Ontario) Inc. Français
TORONTO, June 3, 2014 /CNW/ - Homewood Health Inc. today announced the acquisition of Organizational Health Inc. and Organizational Health (Ontario) Inc. (OHI), providers of disability management services, employee and family assistance programs, substance management services and a growing suite of organizational wellness services. OHI is headquartered in Edmonton and has offices in Vancouver and the Greater Toronto Area.
"This acquisition will create an enhanced service experience in key markets for our customers and partners through an expanded suite of services that span the full mental health and addictions service continuum," said Jagoda Pike, President and CEO of Homewood Health.

Marg Bellman, Executive Vice-President, Return to Work Services for Homewood Health, will lead the new integrated Homewood Health Return to Work team. Bob MacArthur will assume a senior consultancy role to ensure a seamless integration as the organizations combine their talent and products to advance the customer experience.
