("Horizon" or the "Corporation") today announced the election results for the board of directors from its 2013 annual general meeting of shareholders held on May 1, 2013. The following eight nominees were elected as directors of Horizon to serve until the next annual meeting of shareholders of Horizon or until their successors are elected or appointed:
