Horizons AlphaPro Global Dividend ETF Announces First Quarterly Distribution

TORONTO, Sept. 17 /CNW/ - AlphaPro Management Inc. is pleased to announce the first quarterly distribution for the Horizons AlphaPro Global Dividend ETF ("HAZ" or the "ETF") in the amount of $0.08809 per unit of the ETF. The ETF's units are listed for trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX") under the symbol HAZ.

The distribution represents the prorated portion of the third quarter of 2010 from HAZ's inception date on July 21, 2010 to September 30, 2010. The distribution is payable on October 13, 2010 to the unitholders of record on September 30, 2010.

HAZ's investment objective is to seek long-term returns consisting of regular dividend income and modest long-term capital growth. HAZ invests primarily in equity and equity-related securities of companies with operations located anywhere in the world.
