Horizons ETFs Announces Final Valuation Times for ETF Closures
TORONTO, June 25, 2012 /CNW/ - Horizons Exchange Traded Funds Inc. ("Horizons ETFs") and its affiliate Horizons ETFs Management (Canada) Inc. (the "Manager") have previously announced, by way of a press release dated April 27, 2012, that certain exchange traded funds ("ETFs") will be terminated effective upon the close of business on Friday June 29, 2012. The ETFs being terminated (collectively, the "Terminated ETFs") are as follows:

While the Terminated ETFs will be de-listed from the Toronto Stock Exchange at the close of business tomorrow, Tuesday June 26, 2012 (the "De-listing Date"), all investors are encouraged to make every effort to trade their units of a Terminated ETF prior to such Terminated ETF's final net asset value determination time on the De-listing Date ("Final Valuation Time") as bid-ask spreads may be higher than normal and trading volumes may be lower than normal following a Terminated ETF's Final Valuation Time. The Final Valuation Times of each of the Terminated ETFs are as follows:
