Horizonte Minerals posts annual report and accounts and notice of annual general meeting
TORONTO, Feb. 24, 2012 /CNW/ - Horizonte Minerals plc, (TSX: HZM) (AIM: HZM) ("Horizonte" or "the Company") the exploration and development company focused in Brazil, announces that its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2011 will be posted to shareholders today and is available to download on the Company's website at www.horizonteminerals.com.
The Annual General Meeting will be held on 21 March 2012 at 2.30 p.m at the offices of FinnCap Limited, 60 New Broad Street, London EC2M 1JJ.
