This board will provide advice and insights to management, help shape and guide the strategy and path forward for HNCI. Serge Lafleur, President and Chief Executive Officer of HNCI, states: "At this point in the company's evolution, we felt it was critical for us to find talented individuals that could provide a better understanding of the business, market and industry trends, act as a "wise counsel" on issues and provide unbiased insights and ideas from a distinct point-of-view". The Advisory Board is also there to encourage and support the exploration of new business ideas, and act as skilled resource for executives.

Norma Beauchamp
Norma offers three decades of global and Canadian senior executive leadership experience in both healthcare and non-profit organizations. Her most recent role was the President and CEO of Cystic Fibrosis Canada.
When asked why she chose to engage with HNCI, Norma said, "Hospitality Network has the extraordinary opportunity to transform the Canadian patient care experience".
Wendy Cheuk
Wendy is an experienced leader in the Healthcare industry with a demonstrated history of working in the hospital & regulatory body. Skilled in Conflict Resolution, Team Building, Budgeting, and Performance Management. Wendy is currently the Clinical Leader Manager at St. Michael's Hospital.
When asked why she chose to engage with HNCI, Wendy said, "digital technology is transforming the way healthcare is being delivered by improving access and empowering patient and family engagement. I am excited to work with HNCI to realize the impact and value of digital health innovations and positively maximize health outcomes".
Carol Kotacka
Carol brings an unique perspective to the advisory panel with broad experience across many sectors including; Healthcare, Mental Health, Immigration, Seniors Services and Social Services. Carol is currently the Managing Partner at Ryelle Strategy Group, providing support and strategic services to public and NGO's
When asked why she chose to engage with HNCI, Carol said, "Canada's current health context is a system under extreme pressure. The nimble application of technology in this space is critical to driving patient outcomes - from community to acute care. The impact HCNI can have on the healthcare system is exponential".
Pierre Andre Halley
Andre has a career spanning 40 years in the telecommunications industry, he is currently involved in various advisory and management functions both globally and in Canada. Andre is currently a board member at Mobi724 Global Solutions, Prevtec Micobia Inc. and Open OoT Solution. Andre's specialties include International business development in the wireless telecommunication and satellite industries.
When asked why he chose to engage with HNCI, Andre said, "with the baby boomer's tsunami that will hit the health industry in North America, various solutions need to be explored. Wearable technologies and patient information platforms will be among those solutions. With its technology road map, HNCI is well positioned to continue to serve the patients at home and also support the care givers. I wanted to be part of its expansion".
Robert Zed
Robert is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in both public and private hospitality and health care sectors, commanding senior assignments throughout his career in acute and long-term care, consulting, and multi-site operations. Robert is currently the Chair of Triangle Strategies Consulting Ltd. which is is focused in the areas healthcare strategy, and nursing management through consulation services.
When asked why he chose to engage with HNCI, Robert said, "I have had the privilege to serve a lot of organizations and I decline many invitations from people just searching for the shiny button without focusing on the DNA of their company. With Hospitality Network I have aligned with a leadership team embedded with passion and a vision to transform the patient experience which inspired me to step up and help them make the transition from good to great.
