HSE extends safety services contract at nuclear power facility
CALGARY, June 29 /CNW/ - HSE Integrated Ltd. ("HSE" or "the Company") announces that on June 28, 2010 it reached the final commercial terms with the operator of nuclear power facility in eastern Canada to continue to supply safety services. HSE has been on this project for nearly two years but has been working as a subcontractor through an engineering and construction company. Effective March 1, 2010 HSE has been contracted directly by the facility operator. Since that time HSE and the client have been negotiating commercial terms that are mutually agreeable to both parties with the final terms finalized June 28.
