HSE Integrated Ltd. Completes Acquisition of the Assets of "Flint Safety Unit" from Flint Energy Services Ltd.

CALGARY, Feb. 15, 2012 /CNW/ - HSE Integrated Ltd. (TSX: HSL) ("HSE") is pleased to announce, further to HSE's press release of December 19, 2011, the completion of HSE's previously announced acquisition of the business assets of the Flint Safety Unit of Flint Field Services Ltd., a subsidiary of Flint Energy Services Ltd., for $2.2 million in cash, subject to adjustments, with an effective date of February 15, 2012.
