OTTAWA, March 14, 2013 /CNW/ - The Honourable Tim Uppal, Minister of State (Democratic Reform) and Member of Parliament for Edmonton—Sherwood Park, on behalf of the Honourable Diane Finley, Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development, will announce an investment to help people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
