OTTAWA, April 3, 2013 /CNW/ - Tom Lukiwski, Member of Parliament for Regina-Lumsden-Lake Centre, on behalf of the Honourable Diane Finley, Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development, will announce funding to the YWCA Regina for its Community Entity project.
