Hundreds of soon-to-be and new moms attend the Babies"R"Us' Big Baby Shower at the BabyTime Show

TORONTO, Nov. 8, 2013 /CNW/ - Today, Babies"R"Us, Canada treated over 400 soon-to-be and new moms to a luxurious baby shower at The BabyTime Show.  Guests were pampered with hand massages and mini makeovers, enjoyed pickles and ice cream at the Crave Café and checked out the must-have products for baby registries.  There were also shower games such as the "biggest bump" contest.

"This shower was truly a Baby Bump-A-Palooza! With the hectic upcoming holiday season, it was the perfect way for to soon-to-be and new moms to relax and be given the royal treatment for the afternoon," said Liz MacDonald, vice president of marketing and store planning, Babies"R"Us, Canada.

Following the shower, all the moms walked away with a gift bag and many received large giveaways and prizes, such as Peg Perego strollers, Britax carriers, Playtex Infant gift baskets and Motorola Video Monitors.

In addition, Babies"R"Us, Canada released its Top Baby Gift List this week for those shopping for little ones or new parents this holiday season.
