SUDBURY, ON, March 16, 2016 /CNW/ - The Honourable John R. Baird, Privy Councilor, a distinguished politician and business leader, will be presented with Huntington University's highest honour for achievement – an Honorary Doctorate of Sacred Letters. The convocation ceremony, to be held later this month, will also recognize students from Huntington University with scholarships for academic achievements and community service.
Members of the media are invited to attend. Mr. Baird will be available for interviews prior to the convocation ceremony (approximately 4:30 p.m.).
