Hy-Drive Announces Board of Directors Change

TORONTO, Oct. 7 /CNW/ - The Board of Directors, of Hy-Drive Technologies Ltd., is pleased to announce that recently appointed, President & Chief Executive Officer, Robert H. Bucher, has been appointed to the Board of Hy-Drive Technologies Ltd. Concurrently, Fred M. Florence, Hy-Drive's Chief Operating Officer, tendered his resignation as Director effective October 6, 2010.
