MONTREAL, Jan. 28, 2014 /CNW Telbec/ - Hybrid Paytech World (the "Company" or "Hybrid") (CNSX: HPT) (OTC: FPOTF) is proud to announce the appointment of Mr. Joey Trombino as Chief Financial Officer effective immediately.

Joey Trombino is a seasoned accounting and finance executive with over 20 years of diversified experience.  He has held senior management positions with several public and private companies in the technology and resource sectors.  Possessing strong business acumen, Joey has participated in several rounds of financings and was involved in bringing development companies into commercial operations. He managed the transition to the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) of several companies.  He started his career at KPMG and is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada since 1990.
