(CNSX:HPT) (OTC:FPOTF) is pleased to announce its subsidiary Hybrid PayTech Asia, Inc. has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with INFOMAX Systems Solutions & Services Co., Ltd., to partner and jointly deploy EMV MPOS for Credit & Debit in Bangkok, Thailand. The agreement between the companies will further address the needs of banks enabling their merchants requiring a global payment environment that will make possible mobile check out, hospitality, field services, line busting and delivery services.
