HydraLogic Announces Termination of Letter of Intent

TORONTO, June 17 /CNW/ - HydraLogic Systems Inc. ("HydraLogic" or the "Company") (TSX.V: HLS - OTC Pink Sheet: HYSYF) announced today that it has received a Letter of Termination from the proposed purchaser, REJ Corporation (REJ), regarding the previously announced non-binding Letter of Intent to negotiate the purchase of the Company's HLS Ecolo Inc. and HydraLogic Systems Corp business operations.

Hydralogic will continue to work with its lender, Coghill Capital Management Inc. to pursue strategic and financial options that it believes are in the best interests of all stakeholders.
