The 6 member committee is established with Entrepreneurial and International Business experience working with Innovative Payment Technology Start-ups and Financial Institutions focusing on developing emerging markets.

"Domenic Vinci has over thirty three years of experience in the financial services sector, twenty three years with the Credit Union system, Interior Savings and Coast Capital Savings. He has held various executive roles and at the senior executive level he held the role of Senior Vice President & Chief Operations Officer. Mr. Vinci was also the board chair of an Insurance company.
