IABC London Celebrates Communications Excellence at 2018 Virtuoso Awards Celebration
LONDON, ON, June 6, 2018 /CNW/ - The London Chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) recognized the year's best in strategic business communications at the annual Virtuoso Awards Celebration. More than 120 communicators gathered at Design House London for this year's sold out Virtuoso Awards Celebration where more than 20 awards were received by local communications professionals and students.
Professional communicators from Lashbrook Marketing & Public Relations received with the "Best of the Best" award for their work on the London Symphonia Rebrand which was the highest scoring entry among a field of award recipients.
"Winning a Virtuoso award confirms the value communications professionals bring to drive business results for their clients and organizations," said Anthea Rowe, IABC London President. "As a growing industry, the Virtuoso Awards program helps raise the profile of communications work being done in London as well as elevating the profession as a whole."
Four students studying communication and public relations at Fanshawe College and Western University were also recognized for aptitude and leadership in communications as well as academic excellence in graphic design. These awards were sponsored by London Life and The Branding Firm Inc.

The IABC London Virtuoso Awards is southwestern Ontario's premier professional awards program celebrating excellence in strategic business communications. Virtuoso is a local program aligned with IABC's annual global and national award programs.
