IAT Reinsurance Co. Ltd. appoints John Molbeck as Chairman of the Board of Directors

NEW YORK, May 1, 2014 /CNW/ - IAT Reinsurance Company Ltd ("IAT") is pleased to announce that it has appointed John N. Molbeck, a current director of IAT, as the Chairman of its Board of Directors.  Mr. Molbeck is currently a director at HCC Insurance Holdings Inc ("HCC"), the parent company of Houston Casualty.  Mr. Molbeck previously served as the Chief Executive of HCC from May 2009 to December 2012 and as the President and Operating Officer from 2006 to May 2009, a position that he also held from 1997 to 2002.
