TORONTO, July 21, 2015 /CNW/ - The Board of Directors of the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) announced today that CEO Stan Magidson will be stepping down from the ICD at the end of his contract in July 2016, after six years of service.
"It's difficult to say goodbye to the ICD family, but there is a time for everything," said Mr. Magidson. "I have thoroughly enjoyed my time with the ICD and am proud of all we have accomplished. I look forward to continuing to make a contribution in the year ahead, and will work with our Board, staff and Chapter Chairs to support a smooth transition when my successor is identified."
