TORONTO, Feb. 26, 2019 /CNW/ - ICS Facility Services ("ICS") is pleased to announce that Meline Beach has joined the executive team as Chief Communications Officer of ICS, a leading provider of industrial, commercial, institutional (ICI) and multi-residential Facility Service solutions to many of Canada's largest and most well-known real estate asset managers, property managers and landlords. In this role, Beach will oversee the marketing communications strategy and execution for the company, including internal/external communications, executive communications, and public relations.
Beach offers extensive experience as a strategic communications leader with over 20 years in corporate communications across a variety of sectors, including consumer packaged goods with PepsiCo Canada, death care with Alderwoods Group, and manufacturing with Magna International Inc. As a communications consultant, Beach has been helping clients shape and share company missions, visions, values and product/service offerings to internal and external audiences. As ICS embarks on a growth journey, Beach will provide valuable strategic guidance in developing and sharing the ICS success story.

Beach received her undergraduate degree in mass communications and sociology from York University, followed by a post-graduate certificate in public relations from Humber College.
