ID Watchdog Announces Annual General and Special Meeting Date and Record Date
DENVER, March 31, 2014 /CNW/ - ID Watchdog, Inc. (TSX VENTURE: IDW) (PINKSHEETS: IDWAF) ("ID Watchdog" or the "Company"), provider of consumer-facing identity theft protection and resolution services, announced today that it has called an annual and special meeting of shareholders (the "AGM") for June 19, 2014. The record date for shareholders entitled to vote at the AGM has been set as shareholders of record as at the close of business on May 15, 2014.
The Company also reports that the TSX Venture Exchange has advised that effective April 1. 2014, the Company will be reclassified to Tier 2, in accordance with Exchange Policy 2.5, as it no longer meets the revenue or net tangible asset standards to continue to be classified as Tier 1. This reclassification has no impact on the Company's business, prospects and will not result in any change in the Company's trading symbol.
