MONTRÉAL, Feb. 21, 2025 /CNW/ - Imaflex Inc. ("Imaflex" or the "Corporation") (TSXV: IFX) announced today that its operations have been affected by a cyber security incident on certain of the Corporation's systems.
Imaflex immediately took steps to contain and mitigate any potential impact on the Corporation's data and operations. The Corporation has launched a comprehensive investigation to fully ascertain the source and the extent of the incident and is working closely with third-party cybersecurity experts to support these efforts in accordance with industry best practices. Although Imaflex's operations have been impacted, it continues to manufacture, ship and perform back-office functions consistent with business requirements, albeit with some temporary workarounds.
