IMP Group finalizes acquisition of Cascade Aerospace Inc.

HALIFAX, Dec. 21, 2012 /CNW/ - IMP Group Limited (IMP) today announced that it has finalized the acquisition of Cascade Aerospace Inc. (Cascade) of Abbotsford, B.C.  This acquisition enables IMP to strengthen its coast to coast ability to service aerospace, defence and commercial customers domestically and internationally.

IMP, one of Canada's largest Canadian-owned aerospace and defence contractors, provides a full range of services including in-service support, engineering and aircraft repair, overhaul and modification services to domestic and international military and commercial customers.
