Improve Food Safety in Food Production with Cleaning Solutions
SHANGHAI, Jan. 4, 2013 /CNW/ - The food safety law in the People's Republic of China came into force on June 1, 2009. Food safety in food production companies plays an essential role in implementing the government's regulations, as the food manufacturing industry is the core stage in the food supply chain known as "from farmland to table".

Most food poisoning cases each year are related to food-borne pathogenic bacteria pollution. There are many types of food production enterprises, such as wine, dairy, solid food, and more. These production plants share one thing in common, namely areas that get missed in the cleaning process and allow microbial pollution to jeopardize food safety. Food production plants should improve hygiene standards in both the "hardware" and "software" aspects.
In order to enable swift action and help the food manufacturing enterprises find the best solution for improving food safety, a Food Safety in Food Production Seminar will be organized at the 14th China Clean Expo (April 1-3, 2013) by UBM Sinoexpo. The expo will gather together outstanding enterprises from both home and abroad to display their latest products and cleaning solutions, and a seminar themed "How to reduce the risk of food safety" will address the problems faced by food production companies and also look at the solutions available.
