IMV PROJECTS APPOINTS NEW PRESIDENT

Appointment of Kevin O'Brien effective January 1, 2011

CALGARY, Nov. 10 /CNW Telbec/ - IMV Projects, a Wood Group project execution company for the energy industry, today announced the appointment of Kevin O'Brien, P.Eng as president, effective January 1, 2011. Ivan Velev, founding president of IMV Projects, will continue to serve the company as chairman of the board.

Kevin has more than 15 years of experience in Alberta's oil & gas sector and previously served as chief operating officer (COO). He has been instrumental in driving IMV Projects' emergence as an engineering, procurement and construction management leader in thermal heavy oil facilities and pipelines. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario.
