Imvescor announces change to Board of Directors

MONCTON, NB, Sept. 26, 2013 /CNW Telbec/ - Imvescor Restaurant Group Inc. (the "Company") (TSX: IRG) announced today that Monique Imbeault has tendered her resignation as director of the Company, effective as of September 25, 2013. Ms. Imbeault had been a director of the Company since January 2011.

"We wish to sincerely thank Ms. Imbeault for her contribution during her tenure with the Company" said Robb Chase, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company.
