Imvescor announces changes in senior management

MONCTON, NB, July 17, 2014 /CNW Telbec/ - Imvescor Restaurant Group Inc. ("IRG" or the "Company") (TSX: IRG) announced today that Mr. Denis Richard has resigned as President and Chief Executive Officer and as a director of the Company, effective July 17, 2014, to pursue other opportunities. Mr. Richard will continue to assist the special committee of the Board of Directors of the Company in its ongoing review of strategic alternatives announced on April 28, 2014 and will do so in a consulting capacity.

Mr. Yves Devin, the Company's Chief Operating Officer, will continue to lead the Company through the execution of its business plan until the appointment of Mr. Richard's successor. The Board of Directors of IRG wishes to thank Mr. Richard for his contribution during his tenure as Chief Executive Officer and as a director of the Company.
