Imvescor Restaurant Group announces results of shareholders' meeting

MONTREAL, March 10, 2016 /CNW Telbec/ - Imvescor Restaurant Group Inc. (the "Company") (TSX: IRG) held its annual general and special meeting of shareholders (the "Meeting") on March 10, 2016. The percentages and total number of votes received "for" and "withheld" for each director were as follows:

Shareholders also re-appointed KPMG LLP as the Company's auditors, approved the resolution as set forth in the management information circular of the Company dated January 21, 2016 (the "Circular") to approve as required by the Toronto Stock Exchange every 3 years, all unallocated entitlements under the Company's incentive stock option plan, and approved the resolution as set forth in the Circular to approve By-law No. 2 of the Company adopted by the Company's board of directors, adopting advance notice requirements for nominations of directors by shareholders.
