Imvescor Restaurant Group Inc. Announces Management Changes

MONCTON, NB, Aug. 15, 2013 /CNW/ - Imvescor Restaurant Group Inc. (the "Company" or "Corporation" or "Imvescor") (TSX: IRG) announced today that Mr. Kevin Friesen (Chief Marketing Officer) and Mr. Terry Faulconbridge (Chief Procurement Officer) have stepped down from their positions.

"On behalf of the Corporation, we sincerely thank Kevin and Terry for their many contributions to the Company" said Mr. Robb Chase, Chairman of the Board.

The Company also announced today the creation of an executive committee comprised of Robb Chase, Denis Richard, Amber Coggan-Imbeault (Brand Leader for both Pizza Delight and Mikes and Chief Compliance Officer for all four brands) and Ming-Ming Wong (Chief Financial Officer and Interim CEO). The executive committee will provide support and oversight on all key strategic and operational matters to Ms. Wong and Mrs. Coggan-Imbeault as they assume the day to day execution responsibilities until such time as the CEO search process is completed.
