MONCTON, NB, March 7, 2014 /CNW/ - Imvescor Restaurant Group Inc. (the "Company") (TSX: IRG), held its annual meeting of shareholders (the "Meeting") on March 6, 2014. 30,004,708 common shares, representing approximately 70.27% of the outstanding common shares of the Company, were represented by proxy or in person at the Meeting. Voting details with respect to the election of directors for the common shares represented were as follows:
