MONTRÉAL, Oct. 4, 2016 /CNW Telbec/ - Tourisme Montréal today published the list of 150 restaurants participating in the fifth edition of MTLàTABLE. This event will give Montréalers and tourists the chance to discover some of the city's finest cuisine and the chefs whose creativity puts Montréal on the map among foodies worldwide.
From November 3 to 13, participating restaurants will offer fixed-price set menus for $21, $31 or $41. Presented by Vins du Languedoc, the event will also promote wine pairings to complement meals. Members of the public will even have the chance to meet innovative winegrowers and sommeliers from Vins du Languedoc, who will be holding free tasting sessions.

Tasting tours
Tourists and locals alike are cordially invited to rediscover Montréal's history and culinary roots through various guided tours. Gluttonous guides will serve up savoury stories about Montréal's past on a number of different routes.

Patrons with an appetite for culture will enjoy discounted rates at several major Montréal attractions. Options include dinner-movie or dinner-museum deals.
Wine events
Wine enthusiasts will have their curiosity quenched at a number of vinicultural events presented by the SAQ. Samples of more than 1,200 products from Argentina and Chile will be on offer at La Grande Dégustation de Montréal. Meanwhile, La Fête des vins du Québec will showcase local products and the Salon des vins de l'importation privée will feature a collection of rare wines.
