CALGARY, Oct. 18, 2012 /CNW/ - Following a disciplinary hearing held on April 23 - 26, 2012 in Calgary, Alberta, a Hearing Panel of the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC) dismissed the allegations made by IIROC staff against Loretta Carbonelli and Gerald Trevor Conway.
