<p>As InComm Canada's General Manager, Karen will be responsible for managing sales teams, their initiatives and developing new product revenue opportunities in <location>Canada</location>.   This will include the execution of strategies aimed at expanding InComm's global distribution footprint along with the development of new products and services offered in the international prepaid market.</p>

<p>"Karen  is a  results-driven  executive  with  strong  background,  experience  and  insight  into  the  international prepaid and stored-value industry," said Parlotto. <p>Budahazy's experience extends across 15 years and a variety of industries including 9 years in multi-faceted payment processing in the prepaid and stored value arena and experiences with retail.  She most recently served as the Executive Vice President/COO at Givex Corporation.  While at Givex, she was instrumental in the company's international expansion while managing operations out of the <location>Toronto</location> office.</p>
