Industrial Alliance Obtains Authorization to Act as Administrator of a Voluntary Retirement Savings Plan (VRSP) Français
QUEBEC CITY, June 16, 2014 /CNW Telbec/ - Industrial Alliance is pleased to announce that it has received authorization from the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) to act as administrator of a voluntary retirement savings plan (VRSP), the new retirement savings vehicle that will come into effect on July 1, 2014.
The Industrial Alliance VRSP will therefore be available to employers and individuals in Quebec as soon as it has been registered. The VRSP was created by the government of Quebec to help deal with the serious lack of retirement savings across the province.
