Infiniti customers get surprise test-drives from Infiniti Red Bull Racing's Daniel Ricciardo

- Montreal's Luciani Infiniti plays host to team takeover event ahead of Canadian Grand Prix

MISSISSAUGA, ON, June 6, 2015 /CNW/ - To celebrate his first time back in Montreal since winning last year's Canadian Grand Prix, Infiniti Red Bull Racing F1™ driver Daniel Ricciardo visited Luciani Infiniti to give two lucky Infiniti customers an experience they will never forget. The excitement was captured on video and shows an undercover Ricciardo greeting customers upon arrival at the dealership, before taking them on once-in-a-lifetime test drives in a 2015 Infiniti Q50 Hybrid.

"It's great to have some fun with the fans, so today's surprise was a great way to kick off the weekend," said Ricciardo. "I now drive an Infiniti Q50 hybrid back home in Monaco so I was familiar with the car, which made it easy to give the guys a proper test drive!  It's been a good day."

With the successful test-drives completed, Ricciardo, his teammate Daniil Kvyat and the Infiniti Red Bull Racing team have now turned their attention to preparing for this weekend's Grand Prix, a race that Ricciardo won last season. 

"Working at Luciani Infiniti was pretty cool but I think I'll stick to driving and focusing on getting a positive result here in Montreal this weekend," added Ricciardo. "Racing and winning here last year was an amazing experience. Montreal is one of my favourite stops of the season – the city really comes alive, the people are fantastic and the track is a lot of fun. We're all excited to get going this weekend and doing everything we can to get back on that podium.
