Infinito Gold Ltd. Announces Changes to its Board of Directors

CALGARY, Oct. 17, 2012 /CNW/ - Infinito Gold Ltd. (the "Company") announces the resignation of Mr. Larry Shelley as a director of the Company, and, subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange, the appointment of Mr. Kevin Beingessner as a director of the Company, in each case effective October 7, 2012.  Mr. Beingessner was recently appointed as President and CEO of Coril Holdings Ltd. ("Coril") as announced by Coril on October 12, 2012. Coril is the parent company of Exploram Enterprises Ltd., the majority shareholder of the Company. Mr. Beingessner is a 31 year long service employee with Coril.

The Board of the Company wishes to thank Mr. Shelley for his service to the Company over the past three years and wishes him well in the future.
