INFOR Financial expands its investment banking team through the hiring of leading natural resources professionals

TORONTO, Sept. 16, 2016 /CNW/ - INFOR Financial Inc. ("INFOR Financial"), Canada's leading independent investment banking advisory firm, is pleased to announce that Jens Mayer, Mark Wellings and Neville Dastoor have joined its investment banking team as Principals to lead its natural resources investment banking practice.

Mr. Mayer was most recently co-head of investment banking with Canaccord Genuity Group Inc., having spent the last 16 years of his career with the firm. Mr. Wellings joins most recently from GMP Securities L.P., where he spent more than 18 years in investment banking. Mr. Wellings played a key role in the growth of GMP's natural resources group, where he co-founded the firm's mining practice. Mr. Dastoor was most recently a Director with Canaccord Genuity, having spent more than 12 years in the investment banking group.
