Information picket in Wiarton Friday afternoon

WIARTON, ON, Oct. 22 /CNW/ - Developmental service workers at Bruce Peninsula Association for Community Living will hold an information picket Friday in Wiarton, as bargaining for a first contract continues at the organization.

The picket will be held to raise public awareness of the possibility of a strike over two main non-monetary bargaining issues: management doing the work of the bargaining unit, and rules for hiring by seniority.
