(TSXV: IGE) ("Innoventé" or the "Corporation") announces today the appointment of Ms. Cynthia Paquin as Vice-President, Finances of the Corporation. Ms. Paquin will officially take office on December 20, 2013, thus succeeding Marjolaine Giasson who will be leaving the Corporation effective December 20, 2013. Ms. Giasson and Ms. Paquin will work together in the coming weeks to ensure a smooth transition.
Ms. Paquin, a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA), is a graduate from the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières. She has extensive experience in audit of public and private corporations active in various sectors in Canada as well as internationally. The Corporation welcomes Ms. Paquin and would like to thank Ms. Giasson for her service over the past year.
