Input Capital Corp. Announces Fiscal 2015 Third Quarter Results
REGINA, Feb. 5, 2015 /CNW/ - Input Capital Corp. ("Input" or the "Company") (INP.V) (INPCF) has released its unaudited results for the third quarter ended December 31, 2014. All figures are presented in Canadian dollars.
Third Quarter Highlights
- Total sales revenue of $4,849,773;
- Revenue from streaming contracts of $3,606,504 on the sale of 8,182 metric tonnes ("MT" or "tonnes") of canola at an average price of $440.81 per MT;
- Cash operating margin1 from streaming contracts of $3,031,009, or $370.47 per MT (84.0% cash operating margin);
- Adjusted net income1 of $264,588, or $0.00 per share;
- Adjusted operating cash flow1 of $3,342,491, or $0.04 per share;
- Invested $16,874,000 of upfront payments2 into twenty five multi-year streaming contracts, adding 74,197 contracted MT to the Company's future canola sales;
- Finished the quarter with:
- Cash and cash equivalents of $56.4 million;
- Total canola interests of $48.4 million (current portion and long-term portion);
- Multi-year streaming contracts with 42 farm partners;
- Total shareholder's equity of $102.4 million; and
- No debt.

Input is an agriculture commodity streaming company with a focus on canola, the largest and most profitable crop in Canadian agriculture. Input enters into canola streaming contracts with canola farmers in western Canada.
