INQUEST INTO THE DEATH OF LADOMIR GJORSESKI ANNOUNCED

TORONTO, Sept. 17 /CNW/ - Dr. Bonita Porter, Deputy Chief Coroner for Inquests, today announced that an inquest will be held into the death of Ladomir Gjorseski.
Mr. Gjorseski, 46, died on January 9, 2007, from injuries received during the course of his employment at a construction site in Toronto. An inquest is mandatory under the Coroners Act.
The inquest will examine the events surrounding Mr. Gjorseski's death. The jury may make recommendations aimed at preventing similar deaths.
The inquest is expected to last seven days and to hear from approximately 15 witnesses.
The inquest will begin at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, October 18, 2010, at the Toronto Coroners Courts, 15 Grosvenor Street. Dr. Daniel Cass will preside as inquest coroner and Ms. Lorraine Cavion will be counsel to the coroner.
