Integra Capital Limited announces name change for the Integra Newton Global Equity Fund

OAKVILLE, ON, Nov. 30, 2016 /CNW/ - Integra Capital Limited is the Investment Manager of the Integra Newton Global Equity Fund ("Fund"). The portfolio manager of the Fund, Newton Investment Management (North America) Limited ("Newton"), is a wholly owned subsidiary of The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation ("BNYM").

In order to comply with what is commonly referred to as the Volcker Rule under the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, the name of the Fund is changing to the ICL Global Equity Fund with effect from November 30, 2016.
