Integrated Contracting Solutions ("ICS") bolsters management team with appointment of Neil Lathangue as Chief Commercial Officer
TORONTO, Feb. 5, 2019 /CNW/ - Integrated Contracting Solutions ("ICS") is pleased to announce that Mr. Neil Lathangue has been named Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) of ICS, a leading provider of commercial facility service solutions to many of Canada's largest and well-known real estate asset managers, property managers and landlords. As CCO, Lathangue will be responsible for developing a commercial experience strategy that will amplify market share with customer-centric, value-driven and innovative solutions.
Prior to joining ICS, Lathangue worked in venture capital investment as Founder and General Partner of Desiderata Capital LLP. Since 2012, he has identified and invested in opportunities and partnerships in real and emerging-economy companies. Prior to this, he held senior executive positions in various industry-related businesses, including Waste Solutions Canada, Sierra Alpha Services Inc., Innovative Group, and GDI Facility Services.
As a seasoned corporate executive, Neil led the largest merger in the history of the Canadian facility services industry and has been recognized as leading one of Canada's 50 best managed companies. He is uniquely well-rounded as a certified Executive Coach, an engaged environmental steward, and an author and facilitator for BOMI International. He has also been the recipient of the international TOBY award for the best-in-class managed office building in the world. As a private equity professional, Lathangue has taken facility services companies through extraordinary growth in market share, capability and revenues, one of which that started at $60 million and surpassed a quarter of a billion dollars within four years.

Following the completion of his undergraduate degree at Brock University, Lathangue earned a certificate in Strategic Leadership from Western University and further credentials from the distinguished Hotel Real Estate Investment and Asset Management Program at Cornell University. Lathangue is a proud father of three, enjoys competitive ultra running as a former Canadian national champion and trail running as a former bronze medallist at the world trail run championships. Lathangue remains active with the Young Presidents' and World Presidents' Organization (YPO/WPO), Upper Canada Chapter and is a member of the Redtail Roundtable and the London Hunt & Country Club.
