Intercable ICH Inc. announces appointment of new Interim General Director in
Reunion and updates its financial situation

MONTREAL, Feb. 15 /CNW Telbec/ - Intercable ICH Inc. ("Intercable"), a Canadian telecommunications company that seeks broadband telecommunications opportunities in the international market, announces the appointment of a new Interim General Director at Intercable ICR SAS ("ICR"), the operating subsidiary of Intercable in Reunion Island. Mr. Normand Picard became the new general director of ICR replacing Mr. Pascal Laflamme. Mr. Laflamme will continue in a senior management role with Intercable as the person responsible for the development strategy in the Indian Ocean as well as the African continent.
Mr. Normand Picard was previously the Vice-President, Strategic Development of Intercable. Mr. Picard has more than 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry and Intercable is proud that he is now the new Interim General Director of ICR.
Financial Situation
Intercable is currently pursuing its negotiations with certain of its institutional shareholders in order to conclude an interim financing in the short term. The continuation of the operations of the corporation depends on its capacity to obtain additional funds before the end of the first quarter of 2010 and to sign a medium to long-term offer of financing over next few weeks.
