Interim receiver appointed for ExelTech

MONTREAL , Feb. 9 /CNW Telbec/ - ExelTech Aerospace Inc. ("ExelTech" or the "Corporation") (TSX Venture: XLT), announced today that the Superior Court of Quebec has appointed RSM Richter Inc. as interim receiver of the assets of ExelTech Canada Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Corporation. This appointment follows the previously announced decision of the Corporation to file a notice of intention to file a proposal under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act ( Canada ), seeking protection from its creditors.

RSM Richter Inc. will post the Court filings and other information relating to ExelTech on its website.
