Intermap Issues Clarification

DENVER, May 19, 2011 /CNW/ - In response to comments made by the Company in its 2011 first quarter conference call, Intermap (TSX: IMP) clarifies that it is not currently in receipt of any formal or informal bids regarding the sale of the Company. The exploration of strategic alternatives to realize the value of the NEXTMap database and its unique 3D data collection and processing systems is ongoing.
